2017, another year with goods friends.....

Instead of our usual new year curry we opted instead on a new year outing to Ardingly Quilt Show and a pub lunch.  A browse around some amazing quilts perhaps gave us all some inspiration to enable us to get our creative juices flowing again after the Christmas break.

A pub found...we made ourselves comfy - the realisation of how fast life moves on sometimes - it was good to take time time to chat and catch up.

Lunch ordered, consumed and enjoyed - we did have to laugh at the delicious looking carrot salad (R/h picture) H has order - it was like of game of where's wally but with carrot instead!!

 

We also had our secret Santa swap..... much to the amusement of other diners in the pub!!

A wonderful way to spend the day!  Happy crafting girls in 2017!
